Annapolis

Maryland’s Capital City

Annapolis is Maryland’s capital city and is steeped in history. Some refer to it as a ‘museum without walls’. It is a lively, upbeat, contemporary city where four centuries of architecture embrace 21st-century living. Its downtown is adjacent to the harbor. All roads seem to lead to the water. There is a clear connection to the water and nautical heritage.

Annapolis – Ego Alley

Ego Alley - Annapolis

Ego Alley is not an alley in the traditional sense of the word. It is not a walkway. It is a narrow waterway that spills out into Spa Creek.

The name “Ego Alley” comes from the queue of expensive boats that parade through the waterway on evenings and weekends.

It makes for an interesting place to meander.
